Unboxing my experience

The staff here is truly the highlight. They are attentive and friendly, making every moment pleasant. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with a variety of delicious options. Rooms are spacious and clean, perfect for both relaxation and work. The location is convenient, with taxis available at all times.

Do recommend for a whistle-stop

Comfortable suite, excellent breakfast, with the entire hotel being extremely clean and centrally located just 20 minutes by car from the airport, making it very easy to explore the area.

The hotel is not obvious to find without adding further information.

The spacious room was ideal for working, and the relaxing vibe made it easy to unwind. I loved the nearby restaurants that added to the convenience of my stay.

During my stay, I loved the delicious breakfast selection, especially the fresh fruits and great pastries. The room was exceptionally clean and modern, making my time relaxing. I would absolutely choose this place again!

Wonderful stay, amazing staff and delicious breakfast!

We visited Monserrate and the Gold Museum. The fitness center is awesome with great views, and the breakfast spread was pretty good too. It’s near the World Trade Center, so expect a business vibe. The staff were super friendly and helped with everything we needed. Definitely recommend it for groups.

One downside was the breakfast buffet. It was lacking in hot options, and the egg station was often not staffed.

The restaurant had a selection of killer local cold cuts that made my taste buds dance! Plus, the staff's friendliness was spot on, making me feel right at home. The location is prime, with hip eateries just a short stroll away.

A few things were broken in the room, and when I ordered room service, they got it all wrong. I felt a bit nickled and dimed at checkout with a hefty minibar charge, too.

great access to parks and nearby restaurants for city strolls

during my recent stay, I loved that the hotel is a short walk to Parque Virrey, perfect for serene strolls, and it’s also surrounded by fantastic dining options like Las Cuatro Estaciones just steps away, making my weekend explorations incredibly enjoyable and convenient.

During my stay, I appreciated the hotel's modern decor and spacious common areas, which were accessible and welcoming for seniors like myself. The staff were attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout my visit.

More seating in common areas would be beneficial.

I had a great stay at nh collection! the breakfast was fantastic with a lot of options to choose from. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at reception and housekeeping. the location is perfect, close to our office with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. the premium double room was spacious and had all the essentials. I'll definitely be back!

My partner and I experienced a series of disappointments during our stay. Additionally, the walls were incredibly thin, allowing us to hear everything our neighbors were doing. The lack of basic comforts, such as extra towels and a professional check-in experience, significantly marred our trip, making it feel more like a burden than a getaway.
